Exchange eligibility
Exchanges are allowed strictly for size-related issues on ready-to-wear garments.
Any size issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel (email imagecottons@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 99618 32394 with your order number).
Products must be returned and received at our boutique within 7 days from the original delivery date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all brand tags and packaging intact.
Mandatory unboxing video for defects or damage
A continuous, unedited package opening / unboxing video is strictly mandatory for any claim regarding transit damage, wrong item, or manufacturing defect.
The video must show the parcel from all sides before opening, including the intact courier label, and proceed seamlessly through unboxing. No claims will be entertained without this video.
Return shipping
We do not provide a reverse pickup facility for exchanges. Customers must courier the product back to our boutique at their own expense:

Non-returnable items
Cut yardage / running fabrics sold by the metre cannot be returned or exchanged once cut from the bolt, unless reaching you damaged with video proof.
Custom tailored or bespoke pieces made to specific customer dimensions.
Items returned after the 7-day window or without prior 24-hour notification.
